i dont think ill use these i just like them
i wanted to focus on a a message i felt passionate about in order to keep myself motivated throughout the remainder of the semester. i care a lot about issues surrounding workers rights, and there’s been a lot in the news lately about workers at companies like starbucks, amazon, trade joes, ups, etc. fighting to unionize. i think there’s a lot of misinformation and anti-union propaganda circulating, so i thought it would be important to create a psa reminding employees on the benefits of unionization or common union-busing tactics. finding an existing psa about this proved to be difficult. i think the main reason for this is because unionizing is inherently a complicated process which requires a lot of background information. it cannot be easily reduced into a 15 or 30-second catchy video. that being said, i found a few videos i might be able to pull from.
